Our rental period lasts from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the same day. We do offer a 30 minute return window every following morning from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. so you can have more time to play! Reservations

Reservations can be made in advance online or by calling the Outdoor Program at (970)248-1428. Full payment is required at the time a rental and/or reservation is made.

Reservation refund policy

If your reservation is canceled more than 3 days out you receive a 100% refund.

If your reservation is canceled more than 2 days out you receive a 50% refund.

If your reservation is canceled less than 2 days out you receive no refund.

Return Policy

All gear is due back the following morning after use between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. All late gear will have a late fee applied. All gear must be returned during regular business hours (8:30am to 5pm).

Campus Community Discounts

MAVcards are required for Student and Staff rentals. Alumni Card required for Alumni rentals.
