Our rental period lasts from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the same day. We do offer a 30 minute return window every following morning from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. so you can have more time to play! Product Description

This will be a one-day trip where we go xc skiing in Ouray. Our goal is to provide a way to decompress in nature and enjoy some socializing before finals! The trail we will ski is two miles long and is great for beginners as it is mainly flat and groomed. We will all enjoy a provided lunch before we then go swimming at Ouray Hot Springs! After we have had our fun we will return back to the Outdoor Program. Expect it to be cold and snowy so please bring all the layers mentioned.

Reservations

Reservations can be made in advance online or by calling the Outdoor Program at (970)248-1428. Full payment is required at the time a rental and/or reservation is made.

Reservation refund policy

If your reservation is canceled more than 3 days out you receive a 100% refund.

If your reservation is canceled more than 2 days out you receive a 50% refund.

If your reservation is canceled less than 2 days out you receive no refund.

Return Policy

All gear is due back the following morning after use between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. All late gear will have a late fee applied. All gear must be returned during regular business hours (8:30am to 5pm).

Campus Community Discounts

MAVcards are required for Student and Staff rentals. Alumni Card required for Alumni rentals.
